Children are admitted to the Nursery in September of the school year that they are four years old. Nursery children are admitted gradually over the first half-term to give them a secure start. Application forms are available from the school’s Reception Desk and from the London Borough of Hounslow website. Parents will be advised of their child’s starting date. We run welcome evenings for parents each year in the Summer Term, where you can meet the teachers, see the Nursery environment and have your questions answered.
Applications will open in January 2026 for Nursery Admissions in September 2026.
The Local Authority now places children in our school for Reception. If you wish to apply for admission to our school, you will need to visit www.hounslow.gov.uk/primary-school-admissions and download an application form.
Children are admitted into Reception gradually over the first half-term, which starts from September up to the start of October.
We run welcome evenings for parents each year in the Summer Term, where you can meet the teachers, see the Reception Class environments and have your questions answered.
Applications open in September 2025 and the closing date is the 15th January 2026.
Applications need to be made via the London Borough of Hounslow website. You will be asked to complete an online application form and to state your school preferences. Within 10 school days, you will be notified of which school your child has been offered. If it is at Hounslow Town Primary School, you will be contacted by the Admissions Officer to visit the school and complete admission forms prior to their child starting school. A start date will be given once we receive the application form back from parents. On admission, we ask that all parents attend an induction session with the Headteacher, to help ensure your child makes a good start at the school.
If you are new to the country, you will need to visit the Civic Centre in Hounslow to apply. All completed forms need to be sent directly to the London Borough of Hounslow.
